What is VoIP? VoIP stands for Voice over Internet Protocol. Used more and more today, this technology allows users to make voice calls using a broadband Internet connection.

  • With cloud-based systems, you rely on your provider to maintain the Private Branch Exchange (PBX) technology. You’ll pay, typically, on a monthly per-user basis, which makes it easy to scale up as your business grows.
